PING calls it the G We all have dreams! Black dot is a standard lie,red dot is a flatter lie. After struggling with my callaway X20s,trying to punch above my weight. I can stare at those pictures as long as I can spare time. The G15 irons are great.

PING G15 Iron Review
Firstly let me say one thing, ignore what you might read about the way these irons look, once you’ve hit them the looks will be the last thing on your mind! Ping have really brought in some great changes with the G15 irons that should see them become as wildly popular as the bestselling G10 irons were.
Golfbidder were great with delivery as promised, the condition was as promised, I will use them again. These clubs are seriously very, very, long. I visited the Ping factory in Phoenix last week and went through their fitting process. I suggest a wide sole iron for anyone who is not a low handicapper. Prompt delivery and a very reasonable price.
I am a huge fan of Ping and Im a 9 HC. I have a natural fade slice! That quality is really important to me, but may not be to you.
Joe Depends on how you use them. My current Pings are gold years old and have a offset. Obviously, the G15s do not have the silky smooth feeling of a forged blade but I did find that they have a softer, crisper sound and feel. I went to my golf pro to get my existing irons lengthened Callaway Big Bertha but decided to try some new irons while I was there.
I am also 75 years old and loss of strength is a given. Both the i15 and G15 7-iron, when adjusted for lie, jumped out to yards with each shot, and the fitting process brought the draw back to a straight line. Had previously owned G15’s and traded them for Callaway Clubs.
Only play recreational golf and had a high handicapp. Any more input on which club is best or what price should I shoot for would be appreciated. It still comes down to swing and what happens on the course. Clubs g115 rated 7 I would have called them a 9. I tried hitting the ball out of the center of the fairway, the rough, fairway bunkers, pine straw, and mud.
For mid to high handicappers these clubs are ideal and are available in sets from 3 iron through to sand wedge.
The G15 irons are great. We all have dreams! As good as, if not better than I hoped they would be. Bought the ping g15’s from golf bidder, which by the way was brilliant service.
PING G15 Iron Review (Clubs, Review) – The Sand Trap
As Infocus asked, are the G10s the better choice because of the more effective groves? My pong seems to have improved as well, I only wish I had purchased the clubs earlier in the season as I am sure my handicap would have improved immensely. Out of the sweet spot, the ball flies and the added projectory is seen, making it easy for your ball to stay on the green!
Recently looked and tried G25 and G30 and neither felt as good as the G The G15 irons with their forgiveness and steady trajectory should go a long, long way to providing that consistency to help you get better.

They are not bad looking clubs and like any clubs, keep them clean and they look good. The standard grips are ok at best but after changing it to Dri Tac grips it made a big difference.
That said, I was so impressed with the ball flight, consistency, and even feel of the G15s; I obviously decided to buy the G15s.
