I can get into TWRP but my understanding is you cannot nor ever have been able to flash a rom of the sd with twrp and transformer tablets. You should now be in fastboot mode. I am formatting the sd card as we speak. Did you follow the guide here on the forum? Try that first and report back also reformat the micro card if neither work then droidbound and I have many more suggestions I assure you.
